With all the things going on in the world with covid and some of the issues that a former parter of there had going on i could not be more pleased with Jason Milam counsel and the attention and care they handled my case with. If you are in need of a GREAT law firm this is the one. They put their clients first with a no bs approach. Thank you ladies and gentlemen for assistance in giving me the best opportunity to succeed in life with the mistakes I have made and the opportunity to take responsibility for my actions. Hope I don't need you again but would not hesitate to call if I did.

If you are looking for amazing representation, stop now. Everyone at this firm including the office staff is amazing! I have hired David twice, one divorce case and one civil. I was treated with the same kindness and compassion both times. I always felt understood and was never treated like just another dollar sign. He is extremely knowledgeable, responsive, and the perfect combination of easy to talk to meets highly professional. Jason Milam even took the time to step in and give his advice on something, although brief, it was greatly appreciated. He definitely didn't have to do that. There isn't another firm I would trust to handle a case for me!

I just got done with my second parental termination and step parent adoption with David. Everyone here is nice and professional, they showed compassion every step of the way and even with bumps along the way they showed the same emotion with us and celebrated when it was all finished. I would recommend David and his team to anyone who needs a good lawyer. We will definitely use Milam & Fanning again if need be!

Jason, Allen, and Laura were amazing to work with. They helped me navigate a complicated court system, and they got me the best possible outcome for my case (3 months probation). Originally I was looking at a 3rd degree felony and 2-10 years for possession of a couple of marijuana edibles. The court later came back and said the weight of the sugar and gelatin and packaging (not the actual thc content) made my case a 2nd degree felony (punishable by 2-20 years). Jason and Allen managed to get me into the PTIP program that usually only accepts misdemeanor or Texas State Jail Felony cases. I can't thank this firm enough for helping me through a situation that could have literally ruined my life. Every time I called with a question about what was happening, Laura and some of the other ladies working in the office were extremely helpful and understanding. This place really cares about you and it shows in everything they do.

David Fanning and his team were very professional and hard workers. While going through a divorce is not the easiest especially with kids, the team made it a smooth transition. They were always available and willing to listen and answer any questions that I had. In the end, David Fanning worked hard to get what I wanted and what was best for my kids and myself.
