Jason does an amazing job!

What an AMAZING group of people!!!!!! If you have legal problems, GO SEE THEM BEFORE ANYONE!!! Jason was very responsive and I could tell he actually cared about me and my case. And the job was done correctly !! He got me into an amazing program that isn’t usually for charges like mine and I officially have it all behind me and all thanks go to Jason and this amazing firm!!!!!!!!

I had a very complex custody case that included lifting a geographic restriction , during my consultation with Jason he made me feel very confident that I had chosen the right representation. His team was always very professional and pleasant. The majority of my case was with Jason but my case kept getting pushed back due to covid which was extremely upsetting. Jason's wife had a baby and therefore Mr. Fanning finished my case and I was very impressed. His knowledge and confidence made me feel at ease. My case was very complex since my hearing was supposed to be just when covid 19 was hitting Texas. From the moment I met and spoke with David over the phone I felt relief. Something I never felt with any lawyer and I’ve had a few (for my divorce and now a custody battle). David is extremely knowledgeable and gave me amazing advice, I asked for the sun, moon and stars and although any lawyer would be hesitant to make those requests, David did so and with his unbelievable court persona got me everything we asked for. Which included lifting my geographic restriction. The way David crossed examined my ex-husband, I wished I could’ve been jumping up and down and cheering him on. I have never been to court and I’m glad I had David Fanning and his team on my side.

My wife and I decided to adopt my nephew. We consulted many lawyers and firms. When we consulted with Mr. Fanning, and the law firm of Milam & Fanning, we new they were the ones. Mr. Fanning and all the staff we worked with were very knowledgeable and professional. They listened and took great care of our needs and concerns. The adoption proceedings were held over video conference in their offices, and went flawlessly. We had the help of Jennings Kennedy to walk us through the process. She was polite and new what was going on. At no point through the whole process did I ever feel like they didn’t know what they were doing.
