I had a very complex custody case that included lifting a geographic restriction , during my consultation with Jason he made me feel very confident that I had chosen the right representation. His team was always very professional and pleasant. The majority of my case was with Jason but my case kept getting pushed back due to covid which was extremely upsetting. My case was very complex since my hearing was supposed to be just when covid 19 was hitting Texas. From the moment I met and spoke with David over the phone I felt relief. Something I never felt with any lawyer and I’ve had a few (for my divorce and now a custody battle). David is extremely knowledgeable and gave me amazing advice, I asked for the sun, moon and stars and although any lawyer would be hesitant to make those requests, David did so and with his unbelievable court persona got me everything we asked for. Which included lifting my geographic restriction. The way David crossed examined my ex-husband, I wished I could’ve been jumping up and down and cheering him on. I have never been to court and I’m glad I had David Fanning and his team on my side.

The adoption proceedings were held over video conference in their offices, and went flawlessly. We had the help of Jennings Kennedy to walk us through the process. She was polite and new what was going on. At no point through the whole process did I ever feel like they didn’t know what they were doing. David helped me through a very rough custody battle. It could have gotten ugly, well, uglier than it already was. David took care of the whole ordeal. He presented me with options at every turn. He made me check my own motives and wasn’t afraid to relate his personal experiences and aspects of personal life to help me make my own decisions.
