My Divorce and Custody Battle were very difficult for me but David and all of his staff were amazing throughout the whole thing! I couldn’t have asked for a better group of people to help me through it. Everyone was professional and kept me informed of any changes at all times.

I would recommend David Fanning to anyone. He was great about getting back to me with any of my questions or concerns in a timely manner. I would recommend Milam & Fanning to everyone. David is so knowledgeable and informing. David and Laura were able to assure to me how my case would be handled and made sure I was getting the best help possible. Not to mention the other office staff is so genuinely nice. They are so helpful and make you feel welcomed as soon as you walk through the door. I would use Milam & Fanning again in a heartbeat.

Not a better law firm in town.
My family have used the firm with great success.
Recently I met with David Fanning on an estate matter.
When looking for an attorney it is important to be able to trust who is representing you. David always has his clients best interest in mind.
As always the staff was helpful and pleasant.
Ashley and Laura work quickly and most importantly do not act like you’re a bother.
