Mr. Luce is an extremely professional Attorney. Mr. Luce was an Attorney that believed i n me. From the beginning of my case for a serious crime of shoplifting he believed in me and fought for my innocence. He was able to get the D.A. to see the case for what it was, a simple misunderstanding. I didn’t realize that what I had done could even be considered shoplifting. I had my groceries in my shopping cart and had stepped right outside the door to pick up a plant before I checked out at HEB. I was told that I should have put the plant in my basket before I entered the store. Well I learned the hard way. Mr. Luce was with me all the way. I had two cases and I was able to use Mr Brandon Luce and the Luce Law Firm for both cases. The young lady that answeted the phone and the whole staff was extremely polite each time i contacted their office. Mr Luce was very professional. Mr Luce always called back if I left a message or took my call immediately if he was in his office. Mr Luce would listen to my concerns and explain the options for disposition of my cases. I was looking at one year on each case and Mr Luce was able to have both cases to run concurrent and an agreed on jail time of less than 100 days to do.
