If you are unfortunate enough to have any attorney from the Callahan King law firm appointed as your attorney just go out and find a stiff rope and tall tree because the prosecutor will hang you and Robert Callahan will be tightening the noose. Any attorney who tries to convince you that life in prison is better than probation is not on your side. He will hang you out to dry to score brownie points for his paying clients

Even though the pandemic has caused all court cases to stall, Robert Callahan and his office of very professional, courteous, and friendly staff have kept me up to date on every date and time change made by the court. Definitely recommend this team of professionals

I was quoted $2,000 for my case by the office manager twice, I didn't talk to Robert about my case at all except when I went to pay and he required I pay $3,000 more. Communication is nonexistent and staff doesn't know what is going on with your case. They wouldn't review the paperwork I got from the court, telling me they needed a clean copy. Why would I falsify that? Your case is important but not urgent was all I heard. They did not send me a copy of anything they filed in court even after I asked. Robert would not return any of my retainer when I tried to fire them and sent me a billing statement saying he charged me $400 an hour to talk to support staff and even for the office visit where I dropped off the other $3,000. He forced me to do a psych evaluation instead of offering a counter plea like I had asked. He even threw shade at me when I gave a dirty ua and didn't try to help me get out of jail. 1 day before court at 4:00 pm he called me for the first time and told me of the deal offered and said I could get off probation in half the time. During probation orientation I was forced to sign an order saying that I waived that right. Shouldn't he know that would happen? He was paid to be my advocate and failed me miserably.
