After having unsuccessfully attempted on my own to place my disabled sister in a nursing facility, I hired the Hale Law Firm. What a blessing. The firm is not only highly skilled at navigating through the Federal Medicaid administrative red tape (nightmare), but also provided legal advice as to Estate Planning. The staff were so kind, efficient and knowledgeable as to what facilities would work best for my loved one. I can not recommend them highly enough!

I highly recommend Mr. Hale and his firm when addressing needs and questions surrounding elder care law. Mr. Hale was very personable, caring and knowledgeable. He was very attentive to our needs regarding my mother's care and was able to answer all our questions. He made us feel very much at ease and we never felt rushed. Mr. Hale provided very detailed advice in how to accomplish our mission and getting my mother what she needed. Members of his staff, Mrs. Miller and Mrs. Flowers, were both very fast in getting me the paperwork I needed to set areas of mom's care in motion. My longtime girlfriend and I went to see The Hale Law Firm to get ready for Medicaid, we saw Lindsey. Going into the consultation my long time girl friend was very nervous and had a lot of questions and reservations about what to do and how we go about this process. I have had a stroke and cannot communicate very well. Lindsey was so wonderful to us. She took her time and was very understanding of my girl friends concerns and worries. She was also very understanding since I move a lot slower with my speech.
