Got the introductory offer, free consult, from John Hale re: getting Medicaid for my 94-year-old mother. Excellent, professional service beginning with the first phone call with staff. John was generous with his time and advice. He talked us out of applying for Medicaid (which would have been fees for him), and suggested a different option. Will definitely hire him when we need legal advice in Texas. Our family is in other states, and I found Hale via Google search for help with Texas law.

Great friendly service and staff

My great grandmother is 96 years old and she has many assets we need to look into and get guidance with such as her will, properties, oil/mineral rights, and investments that she has had over the years. I called them TWICE, two days in a row last week and have given them all the information with no calls returned to me so we could set up a date to meet. The second day I explained that no one returned my calls the day before and I was a little upset, but I understand they get busy and still heard nothing back after she promised they would call. Her health is declining day by day and I explained this to them on both occasions stating that needs to be done ASAP. My mother works 7 days a week while I'm living with my great grandmother and caring for her as well as my 8 year old son so trying to get this done is that much harder. I'm now in the process of looking for another lawyer to help me that would actually respond to me in a timely manner. I would not recommend them even though they were so highly recommended to me.
