I can’t thank the Hale Law Firm for their help with our situation. Mr. Hale was extremely professional, friendly, and most of all helpful! Would highly recommend this firm.

Update: Mr. Hale called me personally to come up with a solution. I really appreciate that alot. He has proven that good customer service still exist. I am going to have to agree with Sherri when it comes to Cathy and Estate Planning, there is a bit of rudeness delivered with this process. So no she is not the friendliest person you could ever meet. I would of told you personally Mr. Hale but I was told I would have to go through Cathy and we see how that is working out.

My family worked with The Hale Law Firm to help implement Medicaid services for my mother after the passing of my father. After going through so much in a short amount of time, Ryan Smith (Medicaid Case Developer) was a joy to work with. Ryan took the time to explain everything to me and she was quick to respond to my calls when I had questions. Ryan took the time to make sure I understood her response to my questions, and she is very knowledgeable along with the legal team working with her. I felt my mother’s future was in good hands at all times while decisions were pending. The group was sensitive to our current concerns as well as our concerns for the future. I am grateful for the assistance from The Hale Law Firm to obtain benefits to help my mother remain independent longer.

I would highly recommend the Hale Law Firm. John Hale was so professional, patient, informative, knowledgeable, and KIND. Alysha Flowers was meticulous in dealing with the paperwork to get my husband approved for the Star Plus Waiver through Medicaid. The whole team, including Debbie Jones, the Social Worker, made a very stressful and sad situation have the best resolution possible.

From office Kathy very rude. Acted like we were a bother. Would not answer questions without their paperwork being filled it and we we did that we still could not get an appointment scheduled to speak with an attorney. She asked us to come to the office and bring our paper work and then complained about us not having an appointment . Wold never recommend this firm . Terrible people skills.

This LAW Firm is excellent! Reagan and Cathy made the process of taking care of my Mom's will stress free and Professional...They covered everything from A to Z. They are very Educated on the Laws and Elder Care. Thank you so much again....Cherilyn Davis

I'm sure there's some of you who are going out of your mind trying to get somebody you love on Medicaid and into a caring nursing home. I had never dealt with Medicaid or anything of the like. Too much information found on the internet too many people to call who do I call first. I suggest Hale law firm. Debbie Jones in particular. With their help I was able to navigate Medicaid and get Dad safely put into the care of the loving nursing home. Without their help I would never have gotten there. It is good to know that there are caring people out there who really are professional and know their job. Kudos to Debbie and Hale law firm.

We had a great experience with The Hale Law Firm. John Hale was so helpful and walked us through so much legal jargon that we totally did not understand. He was kind and caring and his fee was very fair. I would recommend them to anyone looking for legal representation.
