Tim Reilley is amazing!!! This is the first time I needed a lawyer and thank goodness I picked him. He is very attentive and walked me through the process in a manner that made me feel at ease and that I was important and not just another client. He had my best interests in mind, and I trusted that he would get me the best possible outcome he could, and he did not disappoint!! I hope I will never need this type of service again but if I do, I will definitely be calling him.

I was hesitant to get an attorney after my accident in April 2022, but running into dead end roads and rude/hateful adjusters, I had enough. Chip was recommended through our healthcare advocate at work and from the first phone call throughout the 2+ year ordeal, Chip, Tim and their team exceeded anything I could have thought. With every conversation, the personable and down to earth approach was unreal and totally against anything I had ever heard an attorney could be. I felt cared for and understood, and knew he was on my side and would fight all the way to court if needed. Thankfully we were able to settle out of court, but I don’t believe that would have been possible if not for Chip’s tenacity and determination that the insurance company would keep their promises per my policy. Words alone cannot express my gratitude for all they did for me, and I would recommend them time and time again!

Excellent attorney! My wife and I engaged Chip after several years of futile attempts of interaction with our insurance company. My wife had an accident in 2020, breaking 7 ribs, multiple internal organ damage, etc. Our insurance company told us that because the rollover accident in our ATV, which was under our policy, but not caused by either of us, that there was $30,000 we could use for medical payments. The entire deal was mysterious, the claim went through 3 claim agents with the insurance company. After years of trying to connect someone that could help (they always had to check with upper management and "get back to us"), we had pretty much given up. We had received an offer letter from the insurance company for the $30,000, yet no one could tell us how to accept the offer, and receive payment. Chip knew exactly where the hang up was, he was baffled why no who could help would receive or return our call. He was able to get to someone that could finish processing the claim and payout the offer within a few weeks. During this time, Chip was very responsive and communicated immediately upon any updates. Going forward, we will use Chip for any legal concern he can accommodate. We highly recommend him!

After an accident with an 18 wheeler, we were totally lost on navigating the personal injury and medical side of things. I started receiving calls from the at-fault party’s insurance company trying to settle right away and knew we needed experienced help. I was a little hesitant to work with an attorney at first but we got connected with Chip Evans through a work referral program and he put me at ease right away. Chip is very down to earth, knowledgeable, never seemed in a rush and made us comfortable throughout the entire process. We felt confident at every turn that we were in good hands. He was very patient with my long lists of questions and helped us tackle the pile of medical bills. Chip's case manager Nancy was a pleasure to work with as well and went to bat for us on more than one occasion--including a last minute (and super stressful!) situation that came up less than 48 hours before back surgery. Chip and Nancy were both amazing--very helpful every step of the way and got us through what ended up being just over a two year long process.
