Mr Evans represented me because I was involved in an auto accident through no fault of my own and required a lengthy recovery period. During that time, Mr Evans ensured I was aware of what was happening by explaining the process and procedures and by answering any question I had. Chip was very helpful when we were working together. He was very open and honest with me about my options and gave me time to consider all options before asking me for a decision. Although the entire car wreck experience was horrible, I'm glad Chip helped me through the process.

I had a case with Bexar county in 2015 it was horrible communication with Chip Evan's it felt like he didnt care about my case and honestly should have been upfront with me since it sounded like he didn't know how to handle a government case. I never received any documentation from Chip regarding my case. And honestly I dont even think he worked on it. Took 2 years for nothing...literally Honestly think twice about this lawyer jf you have a complex case regarding the county or government.

I hired Scott Herlihy for my divorce, which was not an easy process. He came with a recommendation and I did not "shop around" after speaking to him over the phone with initial questions and concerns. He not only gave me his undivided attention before I hired him, but also made a few suggestions that was helpful, since I had never experienced a divorce before mine. He stayed steadfast throughout, even when the other side was being difficult and I was getting discouraged. I moved out of state shortly after I filed for divorce and he did everything I needed him to, in my absence. I was never put off or ignored. Divorce is never an easy choice, and it is intimidating and can be a struggle, but having a lawyer with integrity and knowledge of the process is well worth the fees. Scott helped me with the child support modification almost 3 years after my divorce. He is sharp and extremely detailed oriented, he quickly realized that my divorce decree was incomplete with missing pages. He helped me to complete my divorce decree while he was working on the child support case. My case lasted a little over a year with a successful outcome. This case was in regard to getting my sons father to pay the correct amount of child support, as well as to have it paid on time. Chip helped with my daughters accident where she had PTSD. It was hard to prove any damages since it was more emotional, but Chip still helped us come to a settlement. After my teenage son was horribly injured as the passenger on an ATV, our only concern was his recovery.
