I hired Jeff Eaves as my attorney for a serious charge that I was facing and He & Oscar (his legal assistant) help me beat the case and my charge got dropped. I highly recommend..., best team in Wichita Falls!!

Dustin Nimz is an excellent lawyer. All you need to do is follow his lead and do as he says and he'll do the best he can for your case. I would definitely recommend his services.

From the moment Oscar very quickly called me back I was put at ease. I was angry and stressed out and I had no idea what to even ask for but Jeff was realistic about the process and timeline/associated costs. My ex husband had left me with nothing and was able to get me the assistance I needed to get back on my feet. My husband was arrested for a DWI + he unfortunately had his handgun in the glove compartment, which was a weapons charge since he was drunk. I called the law office of Jeff Eaves in a panic (we where leaving for vacation the next day, on Saturday)!! His legal assistant, Oscar, immediately took action & had Mr. Eaves on his case. Once hired, he had my husband released within hours & we where able to go on vacation (leave the state). Mr. Eaves later got my husband a great deal! Gun charge was dropped, no probation due of the jail time already served (those few hours), & just had to pay a fine & court fees! So glad this is all behind us & a HUGE thank you to Jeff Eaves & Oscar Taylor for their outstanding work!!!!

Pure unprofessional, we didn't even get to explain the case and she would answer very rude and never even gave us a chance to explain or if there was any options to modify just started badgering us on why I agreed to it in the first place. Maybe out of fear, intimidation or my first divorce!. Either way it was very rude and very unprofessional to be verbally attacked without even knowing nor given an opportunity to explain. And border line racial comment "what's a matter can't you read english" I was SHOCKED and disappointed in her consultation.

We had landlord/tenant issues, and Mr. Stillson quickly stepped in and helped us wade through the legalities of our issues. He was exceptionally responsive, and expertly walked us through each step. My husband and I retained Jeff for a BWI case. We consulted several attorneys via office and phone consultations. Jeff was our decision for representation. We had a CDL driver's license to protect so this case was more delicate than your average DWI case. The case did take come time to resolve but it was so worth the end result. Jeff secured us a deal in which we would be able to quickly move on from the charge and return to normal life without a ding on his criminal record. Jeff did everything we hired him to do and more! I would highly recommend him. His rates were more than reasonable compared to other attorney's and I doubt our end result would have worked out as favorable as what Jeff secured for us.
