Delwyn Webber came highly recommended from another Las Vegas attorney. I have never dealt with a more efficient group. I no longer live in Las Vegas so most of our correspondence was done through emails.I was always amazed how fast Delwyn got back to me. On a few occasions I spoke directly with Delwyn. I found Peter Herbst via AVVO when I did a search looking for a new trust attorney. I was looking to revamp my outdated trust documents and make some changes and had no clue where to start. After reaching out to more than 4 attorneys to help with a complicated , 100 year old land deed which needed a cleared title, I was wholly discouraged. Each professional from whom I sought help barely listened to the facts of my story as they quickly surmised that the work required to clear this title would outweigh what they could charge to do it.
But then I found Mike! Mike returned my phone call with only a few moments before the close of the business day, on the eve of his birthday. Due to my previous experiences and the late hour, I expected to hear yet another rushed excuse for not taking up my case. But to my delight, Mike listened to the details of my heirloom property.
He asked questions, paused often in thought. He was actually contemplating solutions! In this initial conversation, he went straight to work at his computer all the whole asking deeper questions and contemplating possible roadblocks. He pulled up some details about the plot. He checked the assessors database and looked for local title companies who might provide us with other details needed before any real legal work could begin. And all of this effort within a few moments of chatting with me!
What a kind and sympathetic gentleman. Here was a man who was truly passionate about his profession. He seems to truly enjoy the work of untying legal knots simply for the challenge of it, the satisfaction of solving a puzzle just because it was intriguing. Tonya Gibbs Penn is the exception, not the rule. Not only did she have tremendous compassion with our case, but she also proved to be a brilliant attorney who demonstrates a true interest in her clients and their cases.
We live in Nashville and wanted someone to represent us who would really care about our case. Trust was an important factor because our case was in Virginia and we’re in Tennessee, about ten hours from court.
Ms. Penn not only made sure that we understood the specifics of our current case, but she also explained what we would need to expect going forward. She never ignored any communication or kept us guessing. She was forthright and highly responsive.
More importantly, no one else would’ve been so willing to peel back the layers of the case and ask the questions that she asked in order to get the best information to help us better prepare for the future.

My case was very difficult and I had so many attorneys decline my case but they would tell me to contact Ms. Speyer, so she’s very well respected with her colleagues they said she would help move things along in my case. Another review said she’s not coddling which she isn’t and that’s needed in order to get things done and keep clients on task it helped me so much. She’s very well respected with the court systems especially Phila Register of Wills and that helps when your trying to get information or get something done. She did a great job of keeping me on task and not letting me get bothered by irrelevant information especially the hatred coming from the other side, so her not allowing me to get emotional showed me she knew what I needed at the time to keep things moving along. My recommendation for anyone using her is to calm down and let her handle things it will take so much of the stress out, you know you hired the best, trust that decision. Ms. Speyer helped me so much and I appreciate her and would and will be recommending her to anyone going through a similar situation.

As executor for both my father and sister's estates, I found myself out-of-my-league in completing the numerous court documents and deadlines needed to meet the State's requirement. Additionally, I was steering this during recovery from a heart transplant. Debra was invaluable to me, working closely to complete the inheritance tax requirements, determine the disbursement of funds to their heirs and nursing me along to submit the required documents needed for closeout.

My wife and I are both 74 years old, and we felt it was time to set up the proper estate planning accurately describe our final wishes and also avoid paying any unnecessary taxes when our assets are passed on to our beneficiaries or heirs. The Law Offices of Frye, Fortich and Garcia handled all of these matters for us. We had the good fortune to get the proper legal advice and documentation from Austin Frye and Lauren Garcia. They took all the time we needed to clearly our goals as a couple and individually. Not once did we feel that any question we had was too basic and unimportant. The entire experience was very professional and quite comfortable given the subject matter. We even had some good laughs along the way. I’m Lou and my father passed away and left me his estate that had a 50 percent share of the property he owned with his girlfriend for 30 years.
I was lost and Gus and Austin was my father’s attorney’s that I also inherited.

My experience with Frye, Fortich & Garcia has been a very positive experience.
My husband and I did our trusts, but unfortunately, he passed away before we were able to implement changes. Ms. Garcia outlined everything that needed to be done for the estate. She guided me in the necessary paperwork and completed all the necessary court papers. In the process, Ms. Garcia also caught a big mistake the courts made by appointing the wrong executor. This was promptly corrected. I was advised of all the steps taken throughout these proceedings and told of all papers needed. If I did not have them, I was always provided with help. My questions were promptly and kindly answered.
My experience has been very positive all the way through. Everyone in the office is courteous and prompt.

I had been renting a condo for a few years in San Francisco. When my landlord decided to sell, I was interested in buying the unit, and we reached out to Greg to help facilitate the for sale by owner sale.
Greg was incredibly knowledgeable and helpful! He was very clear and responsive in his communication and was able to answer any questions from either I or the seller. Very pleased with Greg's service. Wife and I received an offer for a private sale of our home. We wanted the deal but didn't know how to get it done. We were stressed. Then we found Greg and our stress ended. From acceptance of offer through close of escrow, Greg took care of everything. He dealt with the buyer, he dealt with escrow, and he advised us on what we needed to do and sign. We required a fast closing, and Greg made it happen by keeping in constant contact with buyer and escrow, skillfully nudging them to keep on schedule. Greg's clear instructions and ability to reply quickly to our questions made this unusual (for-sale-by-owner, no real estate agents) sale process very simple for us. He served as a resource for both Buyer and Seller in our case because we both felt comfortable with sharing.

We hired Kellen’s firm to apply for Medicaid for Mom to receive long term care in a nursing home. We were given “ homework “ before our first meeting, which helped us to begin collecting the necessary paperwork. For example, we had to go the courthouse to obtain certified legal documents.
When a loved one is slightly over the cap in income, qualifying for Medicaid can be daunting. Kellen’s firm saved us from completing the lengthy and tedious Medicaid form and from making costly mistakes in qualifying for this benefit.
The first consultation with Kellen was eye-opening. He busted many Medicaid myths! I also watched the pertinent videos on the website. We should have come to him a couple of years ago when Mom was diagnosed with Alzheimer’s.
Kellen and his paralegal specialist, Christian, made the process understandable with handouts and flowcharts. They were familiar with the staff of the nursing home we selected, and kept us apprised of the application status.

I was told by my financial advisor the trust my husband and I held needed to be changed since he had passed. I read other reviews about Jeffrey and he was close by. As a revision, I believed it was easier, but he took the time both prior to revising and then during the signing of the final document to explain why there was more to it than a name change. I’ve been to estate planning seminars held by legal firms, and the pricing was the same. I felt more comfortable with a local person and not a big firm where I wouldn’t know who I was really working with.
Jeffrey was quick to respond with any questions I sent via email, and I had clear directions on what I needed to do post-signing. I appreciated the estate binder supplied at the end.

I have had several wills completed in the past by attorneys that really had not a clue what they were doing. I felt as though I needed to have it ironclad because I had a special situation where I didn’t want certain people that may have had a legal right to my Estate that we set up a trust and Andrea made sure that the trust was protected and that distribution it would only go to my one and only charity. A couple years later, of course life changes things around. I needed to make a major revision, so my trustee has all the information she needs to process the trust. After reading everything over it was done beautifully and I feel now I don’t have to worry about where the trust will be distributed. it’s a total relief something I don’t want to worry about as I’m getting up in the years. I am a family law and criminal attorney. I know that my minor child would go to foster care if boyh parents die. I wanted to make sure that my son doesn't have such an awful experience. I had Keila draft my estate planning documents for me. What differentiates her from other estate planning attorneys is that she's also an asset protection attorney. For example, most estate planning attorneys would name their client's trust Smith Family Trust. She doesn't do this because it compromises anonymity. Other estate planning attorneys would have their clients open a trust account using their own social. Keila, on the other hand, would get a separate tax id for the trust to protect assets. Overall, I really enjoyed working with her!!

Though my husband refused to believe he was very ill, we both heard the doctors tell us he had a cancer he had probably gotten while serving in VietNam. We had nothing in place...no will, no trust, nothing even on paper! I looked on line for a nearby lawyer/estate planner and the God's were on my side that day! I phoned and made an appointment for us to visit with Leo McGrath. I believe we were there for about 2 hours, and by the time we left his office, we were in total agreement that we were on the right track to securing and entrusting our estate, and the investment and distrubution of our funds, to this firm.
