Amber is an AMAZING attorney. My cousin and I are starting up our first business and she has helped us in every way possible, from creating the LLC, operating agreement, and filing the DBA - all in an extremely fast manner. Although my wife and I had a will in place, we were looking for legal assistance to address a trust needed for a planned distribution for our grown daughter, spouse and grandchildren.

When we indicated a desire to be sure distribution of our funds went to specified members of our family, Ambur offered a plan for the exact results, but structured our legacy to be sure it was not impacted by future tax obligations.
During this period, there was a need to contact Ambur Homulka for additional signage, clarification of information,etc.

We recently worked with James for a re-adoption case in Suffolk county. I am so happy to say that his professionalism and care were beyond any expectations. He handled our case in the mist of the COViD pandemic and with the courts not working and hardly responding, he was still able to keep our case going and finalized in a few month. I hired James Greenberg for an adult adoption. After consulting with a few lawyers James was the only one that not only understood what I was trying to accomplish but had experience with the process. He is always there to answer any questions and does his best to explain the process and expected timelines. Once all the information was given to James he took care of everything and called with periodic updates on where we were in the process and what to expect next. The entire process went very smoothly with James heading off or taking care of any problems that arose. If you want your adoption done properly, painlessly and smoothly he is really the only choice in my opinion.

Michael Leavy had come highly recommended from a Real Estate Professional that I had worked with over the past several years. (Personally, I think that word of mouth is the best form of a compliment.) I called Mr. Leavy when we were refinancing our home and received time sensitive paperwork that needed to be addressed. The paperwork arrived during the Christmas holidays and I was concerned that we would not be able to have it reviewed before the deadline. Mr. Leavy understood our need for services within a very short time frame and made it a priority to get this matter addressed. He was extremely professional and did not make my husband or I feel rushed. He did not just review and sign papers; but rather explained what we were signing and the reasons behind certain things were notorized. What can I say? My case was complicated . I relocated from a different state to Pa in a messy custodial matter where I was seeking 50/50 VS. what I currently had (Partial Physical Custody ) and Craig crafted the right strategy with how to approach the Chester County Judicial system and my case. Let’s face it, it’s not easy for Fathers. (Especially for those that are comming from a different state) Craig’s strategy humanized me in the eyes of the court and thus was granted what only 14 percent of Fathers have in this state : 50/50 Custody. Hired Nick to prepare Wills for my Wife and I, as well as a living Trust for my daughter. Nick did a great job. We were entirely satisfied with his services, and his fees were reasonable. I am happy to give my strongest recommendation to Mr. Souza. I hired him to help me draft a prenuptial agreement and what I thought was going to be a painful process turned out to be just fine!
He clearly has integrity and you can tell when he plainly tells you what to expect and how the process works. I always felt that I had his complete attention when we spoke and whenever I emailed him, he emailed me back very quickly.

I engaged Mr. Souza to re-write my Will and accompanying estate planning documents. He was very efficient and knew all of the correct and important questions to ask. He was very focused on me as a client, and I had his undivided attention at all of our meetings. If I specified something in my Will that would not have played out the way I expected during probate, he was quick to catch those issues and offer alternative ways of dealing with them that would create the outcome I was looking for.
He is young and just getting started, but I have to say that he is smart, alert and represented my interests effectively. I can now rest assured that if something happens to me, the Will that Mr. Souza prepared ensures that my wishes will be carried out to my expectations.

We were very pleased with Ms. Smith's review of my father's Estate Planning and Trust documents. She went over them all to make sure they were in line with the current laws, made some changes he asked for, and helped us feel secure, knowing that everything was in order. She only did what was necessary, and didn't charge us to re-write anything we didn't need done. That way we saved both time and money. I would recommend her highly. She can start from scratch to set everything up, or just do what you need, and not overcharge you.

I am the spokesperson for a group of “alleged heirs” who were seeking to be declared “legitimate heirs” and receive equal dispersement of our relative’s estate, who had passed away, leaving no will.
This process was “glacial” and took many years to finalize, but Mr Wilensky stayed with it, and met our objectives.
Mr Wilensky did this with the highest degree of professionalism and experience.
The most important quality from our viewpoint, after we retained Mr Wilensky, was that he communicated all the facets of this case to us all , as it progressed, with excellent explanations, in a timely and very professional manner, that was especially important, as none of us are New York State residents, where this case took place.
In summary, we felt very fortunate to have Mr Wilensky take our case, and provide his service, that met and even exceeded our expectations.

I had been appointed as Executor of my father's estate. At first, I made the mistake of retaining a local attorney. After I realized that he wasn't experienced enough, I retained Mitch Wilensky. The difference was astounding. From the moment I first had contact with Mr. Wilensky, everything went smoothly. He was always available to answer my many questions, handled everything in the most professional manner, and completed relieved all the stress involved in a complicated matter. Not once did he ever lost patience or fail to answer my questions and concerns completely and quickly. I am a transactional attorney who generally believes that reasonable people can always find a path to resolving their differences. At least I believed that until I had to deal with Portland Public Schools regarding my son receiving the services he needed and which PPS is obligated to provide.
Faced with an early morning meeting with PPS, we called Wiscarson Law. Our call was returned promptly and Christopher offered to meet with us that evening and join us at our meeting the next day. Christopher listened to our situation and our goals for our son. He explained our rights and the practicalities of dealing with PPS and the individuals involved. He then took charge, contacting PPS's counsel to notify them that he would be attending our meeting in the morning and arranging to meet in advance with the administrator who that had been an absolute impediment to any workable solution. When we arrived Christopher informed us that PPS had agreed to the resolution we desired. This was, to say the least, an enormous relief.
Following this, Christopher kept in regular contact with us, and helped ensure that any needed follow up was taken care of effectively and efficiently.
As an attorney, I can honestly say that Christopher is a credit to the profession and I would recommend him whole heartedly. My only regret is that we didn't engage him or Diane Wiscarson much sooner. Our experience with PPS would undoubtedly have been much more productive or at least less stressful.

I went to Ms. Latkovskaia to have my will done. I don't like or trust lawyers in general and have had bad experiences in the past. This experience was completely different. Our consultation was lengthy, friendly and informative. I had not committed to paying her anything but she treated me like I was a VALUED client, even though I had just met her that day. I ended up not only getting my will done but I brought in my wife and got her's too. And at a later time we had a trust creatived to protect our assets and our children's future. I still call Ms. Latkovskaia from time to time for advise. She has always been prompt, professional and someone who tells me the truth, NOT just what I want to hear. Rose helped our family out during crisis. She established a Trust and a will for both of my parents. At the time I consulted with her, both of my parents were hospitalized and I did not have a clue what I needed to do. Rose walked me through the process! I hired Rose for my first case in 2011. Rose worked to get my Mother on Medicaid. My Mother required to be cared for in a nursing home. I would not have been able to complete this task on my own. It was very complicated and Rose did an outstanding job. My experience with Rose is like going to a friend or family. Rose was able to protect my home by setting up a trust.
I also had to have power of attorney and healthcare proxy set up for myself and for my Father to care for my Mother. I had the same documents completed in the event I would need to care for my Father.Rose helped to draw up a will for myself and a will for my Father.
When my Mother passed away, Rose attended the funeral.
In 2015 I put my home on the market and Rose referred my to a real estate lawyer who was excellent .Rose advised me as well in the process.
Again in 2015 I hired Rose now for my Father who became very ill. My Father required to receive Medicaid and she successfully got him approved. He has a different situation than my Mother and he can stay home, so Rose was able to guide me through that complicated process as well. Rose helped to set up another type of trust for him.
In 2016 my Father was hit by a car and injured, I turned to Rose and she referred us to an accident lawyer who also is excellent.
