Eric Paulson has to be the nicest attorney I have ever worked with! He really saved my butt in a case with my ex husband. I live out of the state of Utah and was having a hard time finding an attorney that would work with me on this case, and help me stand up for myself. I came across Mr. Paulson one day and decided, why not give him a try? He’s so professional, funny, and gives AMAZING advice! He’s a great chess player too 😁 meaning he thinks critically, and very logically before making a move. He was very understanding with my case and even let me vent about it so he knew the whole story! He helped me not only resolve this one issue with my ex husband, but also the parts that he wasn’t holding up to either! The whole team was just amazing! Eric Paulson is an absolute joke. He took more pride in the free food during custody mediation than any detail in our case. Soon after Eric promptly threatened to default my case due to lack of immediate "time based" payment. I retained him in November of 2019 to help me with a custody battle and to get my 2 year old back in my life! It is now April 2020, and we still haven't even gotten a court date after he promised he would get me an order to show cause. He has taken almost $6,000 dollars from me for phone calls and one in person conference... I would take my money elsewhere! He did nothing for me and glady took my money, knowing how terrible of a situation my son is in and did nothing for him!! Terrible response time from Eric, I would call him with an incident my son's father would do.. He would get back to me a week later.... My advice, find someone else to represent you!

Eric is a very capable attorney. In every way, he demonstrated first class professionalism, knowledge, and efficiency in his services during my divorce. Whenever our opposing party had thrown something unpleasant at us Eric remained calm and guided us through the process. I was so fortunate to have him as my attorney. Nobody wants to have to get an attorney, but when you need one, you want one like Eric. My case was very difficult and lengthy. He was able to handle the challenging and stressfulness encounters of my case. He remained calm and supportive throughout all the proceedings. He litigates and presents well in trial and other court hearings. Anytime something happened with my case I was immediately updated and any questions I had by email were answered on the same day, even on weekends and evenings. Outstanding attorney! You get what you pay for, and for me this attorney always went the extra mile.

Charged a ton. When I asked where all the money went, dropped me as a client without an explanation. Not even a phone call or email. Didn't do what I hired him to do. Wasn't available to talk for several days right before court because he was "putting out fires" for another client. Gave bad advice that made my situation complicated. Basically, I paid $4000 for a divorce that never happened.
