I had recently had a horrible experience getting divorced. My first attorney had swindled me and had made my custody situation very confusing, hard, and just not right. That's when I sought out Eric Paulson. He saved my custody situation and has fought for/with me to make it even better and easier. Especially for my daughter. He is an amazing attorney and I highly recommend him to anyone and everyone I know who is in need of an attorney.

You won't find a better attorney! Eric is very knowledgeable, thorough and honest. I admire him both as an attorney, and as a human being- he shows genuine concern for his clients. Eric has represented our family for divorce, custody, and adoption proceedings. He was wonderful about communicating with us about our cases, as well as what to expect and always made sure we had realistic expectations of how things could turn out. He has been great about making sure we were ready and prepared for deadlines and court dates. My wife and I often (jokingly) argue about which one of us gets Eric if we ever get a divorce. Its never fun to have to call an attorney, however if the need arises Eric is the one to call.

I needed an attorney ASAP. After looking at several places I decided to talk with Eric. After he heard my situation he didn't hesitate to take my case. My previous experience with attorneys had been such that I was lulled into a sense of security in regards to my case. I was always told that the other party was totally in the wrong, and that if I chose them as my attorney, there would be no way I would get anything but exactly what I was seeking. This was not my experience with Eric Paulson. I chose Eric as my attorney because he was honest, logical, and realistic about the goals I had relative to my case - even if it wasn't something I wanted to hear. I felt even better about my decision as time went on and he approached my case from an angle that I hadn't expected him to approach it from. I am very pleased with not only the outcome of my case, but with the service I received. He was very prompt with email responses, and returning my phone calls. He was an excellent advocate for me, and I'm grateful I chose him as my attorney.

Eric was fantastic to work with from start to finish. Setting an appointment with him was fast and he worked around our busy schedule. There was one time he asked if we could reschedule because he had a client with a more pressing matter than ours. He was very good about prioritizing his clients. Upon meeting him he took the time to get to know us on a personal level to better serve us through out our bankruptcy. Any questions that we had he was able to answer quickly. If he didnt know an answer to one of our questions he would let us know he did not know, but would find out for us, which he always would. I know a lot of attorneys through my line of work, and i can safely say that he is one of the best i have ever worked with. Eight months after the fact our bankruptcy was discharged we had some questions regarding our tax returns and he responded very quickly. We will be using him for any legal help we need in the future.
