Unfriendly uncaring rude person

Very nice Law Office... would hire them for almost anything.

As a property manager, sometimes I have to use legal action against tenants who refuse to pay rent or vacate a property. Jack and Malone were kind, professional and helpful when I needed them for help with an eviction. Everyone in their office is professional and timely, and they helped me get everything I needed to take care of my property and be prepared for court. Huge thank you to the secretaries as well for their quality service, and shout out to Cecilia for going above and beyond to make sure I was heard and got all the details I needed to make the process smooth and efficient. I will definitely be using Molgard Law again should the occasion arise.

Very poor experience from the moment I called into their secretary Cecilia. Very dismissive and degrading, not respectful at all. I tried to schedule an appointment with Jack. I explained the purpose of the appointment and she completely dismissed me and said to send an email. I called back realizing I hadn't been given the email and she then informed me to never call again. Haha what wonderful service. Grateful the true colors revealed themselves.

Malone was very knowledgeable and knew what needed to be done.

Malone helped me get my basic rights as a father. When my son's mom wouldn't let me see him. He was quick professional and really helpful .. over all If ur looking for someone to help you with a custody battle I highly recommend Malone Molgard. Thank you Malone you have really helped me turn my life around .

Malone and Jack have been amazing at helping me with my custody situation. We ended up going to trial for part of my case and I was impressed with how much time and effort Malone put into preparation. He helped me get through one of my toughest days. It wasn't personal to him, but it was personal to me. I'm so grateful for his hard work. The office staff have also been fantastic at keeping me up to date on paperwork that has been filed with the court and working with me to make monthly payments on my balance. I have previously worked with a different attorney that was very dishonest. In comparison, I would highly recommend Malone and Molgard Law Offices!
