Horrible horrible experience with Malone. He lied to us, and did not try to help us in the least. Let alone charged us outrageous prices for literally doing nothing, except screwing us over. Save your money and get a decent attorney who actually cares amd tries for his clients. His receptionists was pretty horrible too, and very rude. We would go weeks and weeks calling everyday to talk to Malone amd never heard anything back.

Very Honest

I went to Malone Molgard with some issues going on in my life, feeling like there was no light at the end of the tunnel. Through the whole time helping me, Malone was always very caring and thoughtful in all the ways he helped guide me through the legal system and in the steps he guided me through. I will never forget Molgard Law and how they've helped me. They would be the first and only law firm I would refer family or friends to. Thank you!

RE:Adoption of my biological daughter to my husband. I had a really great experience with Malone Molgard. He was decently priced and always professional. Whenever I emailed or called to get information regarding our case i was always replied to within a timely manner (however, check your junk mail, because that's the only reason i didnt get a message one time.. haha) In court he was professional, and after the adoption was granted to my husband and I he took pictures of our family with the judge on my phone! He helped us through the whole process of getting all of our documents, waited there with us until we had everything we needed and then congratulated us before leaving the court house! I would recommend him for sure!!

I'm grateful to have hired him and I feel I was presented to the judge in a very positive and clear manner. I hired her for my divorce, thinking that a woman would be more interested in seeing that another woman got a fair shake. From the beginning, she acted like she had no interest. The only time I could get any advice from her was if I could think of specific enough questions to ask. I had written the details of my case down for her, as well as told her, but realized that she never paid any attention to them. She generated a lot of worthless paperwork, hired an accountant to look at my husband's assets, but not his debts, which made it all worthless, and which cost me another couple thousand dollars. I ended up having to hire another attorney and start all over again. This was a while ago, so I guess there is a possibility she has improved, somewhat, but unless someone can find evidence of that, I wouldn't waste your money.
