I work in customer care, and I sincerely cannot believe how rude, abrasive, and straight up horrible every single person that works here is. Worst experience with any established I've ever experienced, and each encounter is just as horrible as the last if not worse.

These people are a cancer. They are willing to take so much money from my wages that I can’t afford my rent now. And they claim there’s nothin they can do to work with me but we all know they could set up a more reasonable payment plan. Karma will find these lawyers.

I was referred by my property management company. I called they ask me to email Tracie she emailed back unable to help me & suggested I reach out to rental housing association. Thanks for ya help!

You know… Iv left a good review awhile back. But as I lay here in bed at 1:00 in the morning In severe pain from living with Reflex Sympathetic Dystrophy also known as CRPS (complex regional pain syndrome- The most painful disease scientifically known to man that is progressive and has no cure) I can’t help but remember the very moment it irreversibly spread to my upper body… that moment was when the guy who comes to serve you eviction court papers from this law office BANGED so loud (loud enough to traumatize a small child if they were inside) on my door to my tiny one bedroom apartment without even trying to knock regular first. It shook my entire apartment and my pain spiked and jolted throughout my entire body so bad and I had to rush to the door as he yelled my name so loud… ALL because of me being evicted one month before my lease was up from becoming so severely chronically ill and trying my hardest to make rent. This place has to keep in mind that not everyone who is being evicted is some scumbag who isn’t paying rent out of laziness or scam.. Some of us are amazing and strong and very hardworking human beings but have become so ill with very serious life changing diseases and diagnoses… Yes most in the office are fair and work with you on timing of the monthly payments and the women who answer phone are kind and respectful.. But.. the guy they send to serve these tenants is nothing short of pure evil. I said what I said. Let’s hope one day it’s not him who has to live with one of these severely debilitating high risk progressive chronic conditions. Smh. </3

They are so rude and treat the people as delinquents, i have been trying to reach an agreement with them since the people who send me with them never contacted to me so I'm no fortuneteller, also i am in an immigration process and if they send me to court I would lose my residence. And with a fairly loud tone of voice the girl on the phone told me that it wasn't their problem. Thanks for you help

Called in to get some general info for an eviction we might have needed help with, and the receptionist was incredibly rude and basically said they would only answer questions for current clients. If their attorneys are anything like their office staff, I’m glad they didn’t help.

A set of fraudsters sending out fake documents to steal from tenants. Beware!!!! Even after you pay your debt, theyll send the expired writ of garnishment to your employer to steal from you again. Everything in the dark will come to light. White collars crime!!

Horrible horrible customer service and processes. Anyone you talk to is rude and demeaning and talks down to you. I no doubt owed money in my case but the way it was handled and the way this law office treats you is shocking. The agent I just talked to today had the nerve to tell me things about me and my case that she would have no clue about. She talked to me as if I owed her money. I've heard horror stories about this law office and their practices and obviously their reviews are terrible and now I've experienced it first hand.
