The team at Cullimores office are amazing in their knowledge, response time and service to their clients. It is a breath of fresh air knowing I can call on them in a situation that requires immediate attention and they ALWAYS answer the phone and are available to guide me!

This place is just criminal, that's all I can say. They garnish my wages for a debt my mother owes. They have me labled as her spouse on the affidavit. Can't double check sourses, I didn't get one single packet of paper work, over the course of 8 years. Then they send me one packet saying they're gonna garnish my wages. What kind of practice is this? No communication, they let a few hundred dollar debt build up to almost 6 thousand and then file for garnishments, towards the child of the original debt owner. Mislabel the paper work in their favor so they can collect from me. This is the worst law firm I have ever seen in my life. I didn't even know this debt existed, I didn't get my due process to appeal it, or fight it. I have been living in the same place for more than 4 years. I haven't been hiding from anything. And now they are coming after me. My mother has been living in the same place for longer and she hasn't received any paper work either. No one has been hiding from anything. My mother lives less than 10 miles from the place garnishing my wages. And the couldn't find her, yet they find me in Pennsylvania.

I have used Kirk Cullimore for over ten years now and could not be happier! Everyone in their office is so helpful and knowledgeable, they are able to assist with anything and everything. They strive to make both landlords and tenants happy by doing what's legal and fair, which is not an easy feat! I would recommend Kirk Cullimore to anyone in need of legal advice.

Look, no one LIKES dealing with debt collectors. Especially debt collectors that are good at what they do. I'd be willing to wager that many of the negative reviews on here are from people who ran afoul of a debt they owed and are upset at how efficient this firm is at collecting. I have dealt with debt collectors before, and it is not a pleasant experience. Many are rude, unhappy people. I can't hold that against them, though, as they have a rough job. However, I have yet to have a negative experience with this firm. I want to call specific attention to Ms. Amber Kennedy. She's worked with me since day one on paying my debt. She's patiently handled my multiple mix ups with payments, as well as having to re-do my CCA forms too many times. She has always exhibited professionalism and that is very much appreciated. As I said before, who likes dealing with debt collectors??? But, professionalism and patience like I've seen from Amber and this firm have made this much easier to handle.

Office staff deserves 5 stars. If I call with a question it's answered immediately. Efficient and knowledgeable.
