As a first timer, needing an attorney I couldn't be happier. From the very start they made every step very easy. In the beginning they allowed me time to heal while Ken and Mindi worked behind the scenes to gather and prepare needed paper work. Ken and Mindi also contacted the ambulance, hospital, doctors and made arrangements to have them wait for payment, nothing was overlooked and my only job was to get better. I couldn't recommend Christensen & Hymas any higher. They were always respectful and easy to contact, no matter how often I called, left messages or emailed they found time to answer my questions and always left me feeling taken care of. I worked with Christensen and Hymas because of a car accident I was in. By the time I found them, I really only had about 6 months to settle everything so I didn’t know if it was possible. I've been driving since I was twelve. Only in Utah have I seen such a mix of excellent friendly drivers putting up with serious criminals trying to get away with murder on the street. The new fast cars, the right off ramp cutoffs from the far left lane, the Star Wars X-wing fighter jamming on the brakes up to the rear bumpers, drugs, alcohol and constantly texting BS that makes occasionally using a phone illegal for the law abiders all needs to stop. Natural selection will eventually stop it, but not without too many victims. Kenneth Christensen personally visited the hospital to talk to me and my wife after our almost fatal accident when my wife's car got hit in March 2017. We were happy with the legal services because the other party was uninsured and they helped the insurance companies settle enough that we didn't get set back years. The second accident in November 2018 was a hit and run rearend at 70+ when I was stopped at a red light behind several other cars. Again, they managed to get a good settlement with the sentiment that although they were glad to help, they sincerely hoped I didn't get in another accident. Oh well, my company semi truck got hit in a multicar accident in November 2019. Luckily, the truck was big enough I didn't get injured. Three is enough and I still have 1 Million Safe Miles! I highly recommend their services from my experiences working with them. Kathy, their assistant, has always been cordial and helpful. Please consider Christensen and Hymas if an accident makes you the victim and puts you in a bad place. P.S. Consider getting serious with your vehicle safety, seat belts, airbags, etc. and bright flashing LED brake lights to help warn the tailgaters back a few more feet. - Bruce

Appreciative! That is the best word I can use to describe the sincere care, concern and ultimate relief we felt after meeting with Russ shortly after my car accident. I truly feel Russ (and all his staff) were focused on helping me recover and not be preoccupied with the load of paperwork, bills and insurance issues resulting from a car accident. Call them if you are in need. It was the second best decision I made, the first being to wear my seatbelt that day (and always) or I wouldn't be here to write this review.
