Being involved in a motor vehicle accident is never an easy thing and often leaves you clueless as to what next in dealing with insurance companies, doctors, law enforcement officials and the worst part BILLS!!!!! So I made one phone call and that was to Christensen and Hymas and they took great care of me. Mel called, left messages, emails, mailed paperwork anything that she could do to keep me informed I can honestly say I was never left in the dark. Absolutely awesome customer service, she was always there and available when I needed her services and she always apologized if she missed a call and had to get back to me. Expressing thanks would not do justice for what Mel Martin and Kenny Christensen have done for me and my family. I was in a Hit-n-Run (Car verses Bicycle), they took a frustrating, emotional and an overwhelming circumstance and took the bull by the horns. I was pointed to good doctors and people who have been a great help along the way. They made sure to keep the bills at bay as we worked through the process and took care of the needed paperwork. They did all the contacting individuals to make sure everything aligned and was in place. Any time I called or sent an email, Mel was all over it! She was professional, compassionate and willing to listen. She always provided details, feedback and answered all my questions. There were times when I didn’t want to make the call to Mel as I worried what I had to ask was laughable, but NEVER did Mel treat my questions with anything but concern and compassion. She took the time to listen, provide feedback and put my worries to rest. I don’t know what we would have done without Mel and Kenny; especially seeing what bills were coming in and what support my family and I needed. Hi, my name is Felipe Cedillo and I was driving my motorcycle in August 2018, when a few blocks away from where I work someone rear ended me. It was a driver on a minivan, the accident caused my Harley to be a total loss and the front bumper of the minivan got broken. The driver drove away, when the police arrived with a police detective I didn't know what to do. So, I start looking for a lawyer who was willing to help me with my situation, thankfully I found Mr. Russell Hymas. I got a great first impression from him and he gave me the confidence to believe that he would resolve this. He found me a chiropractor, he worked with the SLC police department and found the guy who caused the accident and at the same time he kept working with me, through phone calls and text messages. And today May 8th, 2019 I got the compensation from the insurance.
