I spoke with Russ Hymas about my recent bicycle accident and he was very helpful and thoughtful throughout the process. While my accident didn't require assistance from Christensen & Hymas, I was very impressed with how much they cared about the situation and how willing they were to share their knowledge - interacting with the insurance company, physical therapy, and other items I hadn't even considered before the initial consultation. It's clear this firm cares for cyclists and will do what they can to help them.

I would definitely recommend Christensen & Hymas! Rachael was always quick to respond to any questions or concerns I had during the time my case was open. She took care of all the details, so I didn’t have to. When it came time to settle, I felt my best interest was represented very well by Katie. I was very pleased with how everything was completed.

We were leaving our grandson’s baseball game and my husband was in the middle of a crosswalk about 20 feet ahead of us. A car hit my husband in front of our eyes. I knew I needed an attorney but I didn’t know who. A very nice lady in the ICU waiting room overheard my phone conversation and recommended an attorney who had handled her personal injury case a few years prior. That person was Russ Hymas. She gave me his number, I called his office and Russ came up to the hospital that afternoon and met with me. I knew when I talked to him that he was the one. I retained him that day. Sadly, after sixteen days, we had to remove my husband from life support. Russ took care of all the bills and legal things for me. There were so many problems with our case, especially with my husband’s health insurance company. They even cancelled his insurance two days before he passed away! Russ Hymas is such a caring, conscientious person. He always kept my son, step-son and myself notified with what was going on with our case with frequent phone calls and also meetings. I always knew that we were in competent hands. Russ’ assistant, Rachel, also worked hard on our case, talking to the health insurance company and others, trying to get claims settled. Both Rachel and Russ always treated my family and myself with courtesy and were very professional. I always knew that they cared about us and that they were doing their best to settle our claim, which they did after much hard work. I am very satisfied with the claim that I received. I would not have gone anywhere else. They are the best!

They took care of my every need. I had a complicated case with three automobile and one medical insurance companies, multiple surgeries and physical therapy. They got the maximum from each policy, were able to negotiate a discount on what I had to pay the medical insurance, and even reduced their fee to make sure I was taken care of. I couldn't have picked a better law firm.

They really took my needs into consideration and fought for my family and I to get what we needed to get back on track!

I would like to thanks Christensen & Hymas Law Firm, for the Outstanding service and the way they handled my case. Due the circumstances, my case was a bit complicated, and at one point, I thought that it wasn't going to be resolved.
