I would use Jake Lee and his team again in a heart beat. I could not have asked for better representation to help us win our difficult case. We could not have won it without him. The unfortunate happened. I was hit by a car while cycling. I called one of the big names on TV for representation. When we met for the free consultation I walked out feeling what they wanted was not ethical. I googled bike accident law and Ken came up in the search. Ken wrote a book about this stuff being a cyclist himself! We are lucky in life to be able to get some nice things and my bike was one of those things. My experience with CHRISTENSEN and HYMAS has been nothing less than THOROUGH and EFFICIENT. While processing my accident claim I was plagued with not being able to get my eye surgery paid by Medicare (Mind you this surgery had no bearing to the automobile accident) Medicare kept denying payment because it showed the auto insurance as my primary. I notified Medicare multiple times and unsuccessful to get them to alter the status of my insurance. I addressed this frustrating problem to my lawyer RUSS HYMAS, and his paralegal RACHAEL. Upon doing so this amazing team immediately placed multiple calls, faxed documents and mailed certified papers to Medicare! Their dillagence and tenacity was successful and kept my surgery bill from being turned over to a collection agency and me off of anxiety medication! I can't express enough how much I appreciate everyone's help and caring that they showed while working on my daughter's case.
