We needed to file bankruptcy, which was the easy part. As everything was being we had a lot of serious issues come up. Including almost losing our home. Angie and Craig were with us every step of the way. They truly went above and beyond to solve our ever growing issues. Before we knew it, everything was solved and we were on track to a less stressful life. We are very happy with all their work. We had no issues with communication, all calls and emails were answered in less than 24hrs (90% same day, depending on what time I left the message). This is not the first time we used their services, and this will NOT be the last time either. I do recommended them wholeheartedly.

This firm went out of their way to ensure my satisfaction after some initial concerns. I appreciate their hard work on my difficult case. I plan on using them again for my upcoming divorce case.

I retained Kurt Helgesen after my initial divorce consultation because of his unmatched knowledge and professionalism. Kurt and Jana are very courteous, understanding, and always kept me informed throughout the divorce process. I would absolutely use them again and would recommend them to anyone.

They don’t have good communication and never answer your calls, you don’t even know how your case is going, a lot of money and time waste.

I would rate them a minus 10. They are hands down the worst bankruptcy attorneys in Utah!!! They have been paid in FULL now for 8 months! They didn't even have receipts so I have a hand written NOTE of payment. I told them to file the paperwork, they forgot for 30 days! Then they finally filed the paperwork AFTER I was so mad I wanted my money back! They competely forgot creditors that they were supposed to list. I still have no idea if they actually pulled my credit report. They filed the wrong information with the courts. The attorney was late to court. I had to file the missing paperwork that they didn't with the trustee myself. They don't return phone calls at all. They are 100% competely incompetent! You couldn't find worse attorneys if you tried to! I still don't know when my bankruptcy will be discharged! Angie refuses to call back. They take no accountability what so ever. If they are any KNOWLEDGEABLE ATTORNEYS THAT ACTUALLY KNOW WHAT THEY ARE DOING, CAN I APPEAL THE CRAPPY JOB THEY DID???? Just Ridiculous.

I highly recommend Kurt Helgesen as an attorney that understands the law and fights hard for his client. Our son found himself in an unfortunate situation where he made a stupid mistake and needed representation. As a parent you always want the best for your kids even when they screw up and hiring Kurt was the best thing we could have done. Kurt was very knowledgeable about my sons rights and knew the process well enough that he carefully navigated him to a very successful deal with the prosecutor. We could not have been more pleased with his service, communication and knowledge of the law. We would use him again if needed.

Angie does not call back. Very poor communication. They did get done what i needed after a lot of calls. Paid alot of money expected some better communication.

Not one thing went smoothly with our adoption. Craig Helgesen didn't follow through with anything. His staff made significant errors every step of the way. What we were told would be finished in November took until the end of February. They still made mistakes they put the wrong year on the adoption decree, and misspelled my husband's name on the vital statistics form that is for the birth certificate issue. Its now May I've called repeatedly and no one has called me back or fixed either problem. Avoid this firm.

Horrible service. Never got a call back from Angier she was always unavailable. Basically scammed me out of my deposit.
