We were in excellent hands through the process of organizing our estate plans. Communication was great and everything was clearly explained to us all along the way. Now we feel like a huge weight is lifted because everything is in place should anything happen. Marianne is wonderful to work with. Very professional and incredibly knowledgeable on trust structures and wills. She clearly explained the purposes of different trusts which include State of Utah requirements. Most attorney's will provide a free consultation of 20 to 30 minutes; Marianne spent almost 2 hours with us in our consultation to make sure we understood the various options for our needs I have recommended her to two other couples who are planning to consult with her. I absolutely recommend her and her staff!
