In a time of uncertainty Spencer was there to guide me through a difficult restructuring layoff at my work and he provided great advice on negotiating my severance agreement. I found this office through a google search. I emailed the office initially to “feel it out” & I am very happy I did! Due to my own crazy schedule, we played phone tag a bit, but eventually were able to discuss my case over the phone multiple times (I live 1-2hrs away from any major city in Utah). He was able to negotiate more than we were expecting out of my case for me. I did not have to pay the lawyer fees because the other party was responsible for that, which took a lot of stress/pressure off the situation for me. I would hands down recommend his office to anyone in a similar situation.
