I sent Spencer a message via his website and he immediately responded. That in and of itself was impressive. After speaking with me about my case, he assured me these were the cases he did everyday. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and calming; I immediately felt like the weight of the world had been lifted from my shoulders. He stayed in touch and kept me informed. I received a fabulous letter today saying the case had been dismissed. We are a small business and contacting Spencer to handle our case was the best thing we did. I wish I had done it sooner.
