Spencer, the principal at Employer-Lawyer, was very well prepared when we met for our virtual 1 hour meeting. He was easy to understand, validated my concerns, and discussed the best method to use going forward.
We did not use all of our allotted time, so, unprovoked, Spencer suggested we use the remainder of the 1 hour allotment in the future to review a letter I would have to write.

Wow, what a great experience! In an hour consultation we got a lot done! Very fair, clear and concise! Spencer was what ever lawyer should be a counselor. He did not tell me what I had to do. But the ramifications of my different choices. He delivered the good and bad news. I will be recommending him to anyone in my network needing employment advice.

I have had many experiences with attorneys, but never been so impressed with one! Spencer was concise, responsive, deliberate, and focused on our issues. He analyzed the situation and quickly laid out options, while summing up his analysis every step of the way, including the cost benefits of hiring him. Spencer is great. I have been calling multiple lawyers in the last two weeks and was unable to get anyone to call back or reply. I even had to ask my former employer to extend my agreement deadline as I was afraid to sign it without legal consultation.
I was able to call and schedule a consultation with Spencer right away. He went above and beyond and gave me recommendations to navigate private insurance options as I was worried about not being able to afford COBRA.
I would recommend Spencer and would absolutely use him again ( Hope I don't have to).
