I don't know if you have ever had to hire a lawyer before but it can be challenging. My wife and I went through 3 lawyers before landing and staying with Brian. He helped us through a very challenging contract dispute. He was very responsive, professional and fair with his time. Never once did I look at an invoice and say are you kidding me? His expertise was spot on. I would recommend him to anyone looking for an honest, direct and knowledgeable attorney.

I reached out to this firm for a free consultation and I had an extremely productive and clarifying conversation with Spencer Phillips about the resources available to me and my coworkers to recover unpaid wages from a seasonal haunted house. Spencer has a clear understanding of federal and state laws, and which laws apply in which situations, including weird exemptions for seasonal gigs. Spencer helped me come to a much clearer understanding of the differences between the Utah Labor Commission and the US Department of Labor so I can reach out to the one that will be the most helpful for my situation (spoiler: it's the Utah Labor Commission!).
