I received a certified letter informing me that I had to pay a penalty of $64,000 for not having workman’s comp for my employees for 3 years. I panicked!! My insurance agent recommended Spencer Phillips at Employer-Lawyer and together, he and Nancee Tegeder assured me that they could help me get the fee reduced. I gave them a little information and a couple of weeks later they informed me that my penalty had been reduced to $3,800. Amazing!!
