Preston Day has been an absolute angel in my life. I called him three years ago to get some advice. After 25 years of marriage, I never ever thought I would be facing a divorce and I was scared to death. He gave some great advice and said, 'You don't need an attorney at this point." I called back a year later and he remembered me! Again, gave me sound advice and said I still didn't need an attorney. When the time came that I did need an attorney, I went with Preston and it was the best decision I could have made. Hiring him was worth every penny. I wish no one ever had to face the ugliness of divorce, but if you do, you want Preston in your corner. He helped me see that scary words mean nothing when you have the law on your side. He brought confidence and peace to my heart.

Let's be honest...attorneys are expensive. And many of them charge similar or the same rates. So who to go with? Let me tell you about my attorney. Preston Day helped me navigate a difficult and complicated divorce. One that included negotiation, mediation, and multiple court sessions. Preston provided guidance, assurance, and great care. The way he treated me and my family made me feel like we had someone in our corner at all times, who had our best interest and well-being as their priority. What I also appreciated was that Preston did not hesitate to correct me if I misunderstood something, or needed to adjust during the course of the proceedings. I knew he did it to help me reach the best possible outcome, and trusted his guidance and correction where needed. While of course I can't speak for other cases, I can speak for mine when I say that he helped me achieve a far better outcome than I could have ever hoped for, and helped me protect my children and myself. I will be forever grateful for the role Preston played during this difficult time.

He is a great lawyer and a very empathetic caring person. I can't recommend him enough. He helped me so much with both a divorce and a legal matter. The only negative is that he can sometimes be a bit difficult to get a hold of. He needs to hire a secretary. Lol He does get back in a timely matter when it's urgent though.
