We scheduled a phone call consultation after Mr. Day was referred to us. He was very patient to listen and spent almost 2 hours answering all of our questions. On extremely short notice, and in the midst of the turmoil surrounding COVID-19, I decided to move my medical practice from Arizona to Utah.
With the change in venue I needed to set up a new PLLC and get organized so that I could start practicing as soon as possible.

I reached out to Preston to help with regard to my disabled daughter's guardianship case. Everything was very straight forward, made easily understandable, and was done in a timely manner (which is not AT ALL typical of my experience with attorneys in the past.) I was not nickel and dimed, but told exactly what the costs would be. I couldn't have had a more positive experience.
