The whole staff is very awesome!!!

If you are looking for an attorney that is personable, communicative, bills you fairly and is your advocate, Brad Bearnson is definitely NOT your guy. I'd be happy to provide you additional details if you are thinking of hiring him for any matter. Follow-up - Dec 16, 2018 It is amazing how quickly one of Mr. Bearnsons associates responds to a negative review. I only with they were as quick to work on issues for their clients. Unfortunately, the person from Mr. Bearnson's office either is uninformed about the cases Mr. Bearnson handled for me or is ready to perjure themselves. Mr. Bearnson still owes me thousands of dollars... money he was willing to eagerly accept on the front end but not willing to refund on the back end or provide documentation on how this money was spent. Outside of this, Mr. Bearnson's counsel was ineffective and inept. I subsequently had to hire more competent counsel to correct the issues caused by Mr. Bearnson.

Knowledgeable and straight forward

Bearnson and Caldwell is a very professional law firm. We had a very positive experience working with them. Everyone is very friendly, personable, responsive, and easy to communicate with. Aaron Bergman worked on our case and he is a smart attorney and developed a good strategy for our case. I was charged with a hopeless strict liability crime. Even though there was pretty much no way around the strict liability crime laws, Erin kept fighting and fighting. She was able to get my sentence down to pretty much a slap on the wrist. I had a previous lawyer who was ranked a "super lawyer" with a 10.0 rating here on avvo, but I fired him because he just charged a huge flat fee and then immediately tried to get me to plead guilty to my charges without actually trying to do any work. After I fired him, I hired Erin. I couldn't be happier with the hard work and persistence that Erin had in my case. I would definitely hire her again!

Wayne Caldwell is the best criminal lawyer in town, in my opinion. He was the cheapest quote I received, he has invaluable insight--given how he used to be a prosecutor himself, and he ultimately helped me get my dui dismissed--both in civil and criminal court. I highly recommend him.
