Spoke to Mr. Smith for help and he was willing to help both legally and financially. After not returning my calls, sending me emails stating we were "good to go" and hanging up in the middle of conversations with nothing being doing promising to call back and not hearing back for two weeks, then having nothing done at all Mr. Smith was lost in the conversation.
