Greg helped me out with my divorce, he has made the whole process easy and not as intimidation as I thought it was going to be and he was always able to answer questions I had in a very professional way. And through the entire process he was very fair with what he charged, understanding the situation I was in and helped me get it taken care of in a quick and easy manner.

Still just in the beginning of our case. Happy with things so far. Fast to respond, had a question about a meeting, gave good quick advice to get me through it. Honest and straightforward with expectations.

Greg said I had a good case for a workplace discrimination case. Took the case for 1k deposit and another 2.5k payment plan. Then after I agreed by email and paid the deposit. He then responded in email by saying our goal was to get a mutual resignation and this case was an uphill battle. This seemed off since before he took any money was saying I have a good case. To file the case it is free thru the UALD who does mediation and an investigation for free. I saw an article from the SL tribune that the UALD rules in favor of the employee 0.7% of the time. The article also states that a good employment lawyer in Utah files a civil case and does not bother to file with the UALD to put their clients thru a 0.7% ruling in their favor. I could have saved 1k if I just filed thru the UALD myself free of charge. I sent the article to Greg and voiced my concerns. He then claimed he already did over 2k worth of work to file a case with the UALD with the documents I gave him. This took him about 1.5 max to do the consultation and submit the case. Then asked me if I could give him a good review on Google and sent me a link because someone had just wrote a bad review. I decided to save the 2.5k and represent myself thru the UALD. I made this decision due to the fact that Greg was misleading and not honest with the actual work he performed. My advice for Greg is be up front and honest. Also focus on your clients case instead of Google reviews in which you have to ask your clients for a good review before delivering any results. Most people get that a lawyer will not always get a good review especially if a case is not ruled in the clients favor. Also to make my point you reply to every bad review with some story to discredit their review. Best of luck to you Greg enjoy the grand for 1.5 hours of actual work.

I was charged unfairly in a case and needed help. Jordan, an associate of Greg Smith approached my issue with such a relaxed manner, it really calmed my nerves. This is definitely not a FAKE review. Whoever you think I am, I am not. I called to ask about if they accept certain cases. Which takes seconds to say yes or no and to discuss the issue I would give 5 mins considering my brief. They told me to call them at 6.00 pm which is when the place is CLOSED. Why would you mislead me and waste my time? You can simply say no, we can't help. I thought maybe there might be a mistake so I registered online in their website and explained the situation with the hope of they will return my call. Nothing, nobody returned. If the company start with lying and misleading a client how can you trust these people with law and justice? Extremely unprofessional.

Greg spent 45 minutes of his time helping me understand the legality of a used car sale gone bad. Very helpful advice and I am appreciative of his time and effort.
