I couldn't recommend this group any more. They have been amazing to work with day in, day out. Austin is very personable and over communicates each little detail - just what you want in an attorney. I feel like I had a lot of particular questions and Austin was always very informative and professional in his responses.

Have been waiting to get settled for almost 3 years already, I’m the one that has to be the one calling them, and they don’t say anything to me no answers not anything! Please look for someone else… If you can.

Si pudiera poner 0 estrellas lo haría comenzamos con 2 largos años que se resolvió el caso , no comunicación con el cliente , falsas promesas de indemnización y todavía aunque no se tuvo la culpa en el accidente te hacen sentir culpable, que porque no firmaste rápido la oferta , solo una vez tratamos con un abogado a pero nunca con Jacob Jensen y se anuncia que yo mismo trataré tu caso como si fueras de mi familia así que sería la última asociación a la cual si llegará a tener un accidente no pasaría por allá (If I could give 0 stars I would. We started with 2 long years in which the case was resolved, no communication with the client, false promises of compensation and even though the accident was not your fault, they make you feel guilty, why didn't you sign the offer quickly. We only dealt with a lawyer once but never with Jacob Jensen and it is announced that I myself will treat your case as if you were my family, so it would be the last association that if I were to have an accident I would not go through there.)

Absolutely useless! I have always had the knowledge of knowing accident attorneys are as useful as a car salesman. They don't do anything except wait on the insurance company to tell them how much they will pay and then steal a huge chunk of it! To add insult to injury on top of being robbed by these criminals they don't respond after you make the mistake of signing up with them! Read the other reviews! My issue is ongoing with others! Ignore the lame excuse and response they give about it being rare.

They are friendly and professional team, and they take care of you on first place.

I've been working with these guys since November of 2022. They never respond to phone calls, they never send updates, they never push to get updates from other parties involved in the case. Every time I call I only get to speak to the front desk. I really want to get a different lawyer because I feel like my time has been wasted but it might be too far along on the case.

Fueron amables al inicio, me aseguraron que en mi caso como no fue mi culpa no subiría mi aseguranza, les enseñe mi aseguranza básica y dijeron que siguiera porque podría tener problemas de salud en el futuro, seguí sus indicaciones al pie de la letra luego de un tiempo no me contestaban , hable con el empleado que tienen trabajando con ellos que al final termino siendo grosero y que era mi culpa por no tener full cover, mi aseguranza subió al doble y les dije y se molesto ese dicho joven, nunca lo recomiendo porque solo buscan interés de compañía y si no salen al final dejan metido al cliente con sus aseguranza 0 en atención aliciente por parte de ese personaje que les envía los clientes, ojalá les sirva de algp.las personas que tienen asesrorando en los momento dell accidente no tienen la capacitacion optima para hacer el trabajo y solo buscan sus comisiones con empresas de terapias y quiropracticos

Austin is a great attorney! He’s very personable, easy to get a hold of, and you can tell he cares about his clients!

I highly recommend Austin! He was incredibly helpful throughout my case and made everything more manageable. He was always available to answer my questions and truly had my back.
