Lead me to believe they could help me and refused to communicate with me. Made myself and my son feel like they could stand by us to fix an accident that was already a messy situation but dropped the ball by not communicating with us.

Austin was not professional at all. Was pushy to get us to accept the offer and did little to fight for my kids! I talked about the situation with his boss Jacob and he did nothing about it and just made excuses for him! Avoid this place. They don’t care . They only care about themselves and the money they take from the settlement!
