I wanted to add to my post. Most recently, I went through a situation where my ex-wife was cohabitating with her boyfriend. As you may know, Cohabitation is very difficult to prove in the State of Utah. With working very closely with Kris, we were able to do a thorough investigation through resources that Kris has access too. Over the last 8 months, we were able to prove that there was cohabitation and we were able to come to an Agreement that was very beneficial. That said, with paying some money up front - Kris saved me over $500,000.00 over the long term that I would've had to pay in Alimony. I strongly recommend Kris for any of your Family Law needs. Where do I start to talk about the BEST ATTORNEY EVER. We were referred to Rand Lunceford by a friend who he also represented and won their case. Rand made us feel like we were his own family battling what we had to battle in court and he would do whatever it took to win this case AND HE DID!!! ;) He always took the extra mile in and out of the office. Kris is the best legal adviser/lawyer out there. We were faced with some huge obstacles from police, DCFS, other lawyers, and etc., however, Kris was able to work through each of them step-by-step. He always answered our pressing questions and he responds back to you very quickly. He also knows where the other side is coming from so you do not have very many surprises.
