I called and spoke with Rand Lunceford after my daughter got in a bind after making a bad decision. I took a chance and retained him over the phone and I am glad I did! It was because of the relationships he had with the prosecutor that we were able to come to a plea agreement that benefitted my daughter in the long run. There is something to be said for an attorney that has these kind of relationships. He was worth every cent and then some. I hope there is no need for his services in the future but would absolutely use him again if I needed to..

Rand Lunceford was a wonderful lawyer to have. He was very confident in the job and made the process short and painless. If I ever have to, I will definitely be working with him again and I'll recommend him to anybody that needs any help legally!

I could not have found a better Attorney! I had a very complex custody case involving jurisdiction from California to Utah. Mr. Greenwood was so knowledgeable on the most intricate of details re: my case.The issues in my case were very convoluted. He always took time to explain to me exactly what our choices were and what would bring the most success. He was available to me and always returned my calls. He did research, as needed. He never rushed me. But gave me the time I needed. He has the highest integrity. I totally trust him. I knew I was getting what I paid for. I knew his answers were 100% honest. Most important of all, he was willing to fight for me. He is someone that you want on your side in the Court room. He has a commanding personality that people respect!! I knew that he would accomplish what we needed to get done. And he did! Mr. Greenwood is a powerful Attorney, who is honest worthy of respect. Truly, I wouldn't want anyone else on my side.

Divorce is a tough thing, but Kris was fantastic at negotiating the terms. Dealing with my ex was no walk in the park, as she told me she would "take everything!" several times. Kris encouraged me to stick to my values and to my rights as a loving father. Being a parent and making sure my kids needs are met both emotionally and physically are, and will continue to be, very important to me. It was a complex and difficult process, but in the end we were able to obtain a great result

I would have to say Kristopher Greenwood is the best lawyer out there. I don't say that lightly. I have had a previous lawyer that really messed up my case from neglect and bad advice. I went to Kris after being referred to him by some family I am glad that I went he helped me with my divorce to get me what I wanted which was time with my daughter, he made sure I understood the process and what we were up against me being a man in the state of Utah, he was always there to listen to me when I was frustrated or to respond to an email when I was frustrated and depressed. Kris got me the most important thing and that was to be able to have more time with my daughter, he has also helped with a modification of divorce and helping to get the authorities to enforce the divorce decree, I have recommended Kris to friends and will keep recommending him to those who are going through the same thing I have went through, Kris is awesome I would have been able to get what I got without him and his office.
