It's been said that divorce is one of the hardest things a person will go through in their lifetime. Unfortunately, I would agree with that assessment. The amount of stress and emotion can be overwhelming at times. It's during these times when you need someone smart and capable and also willing to help you navigate through the rough waters of divorce. I am appreciative of Kris and the work he and his staff did for me. I'm not sure there is a better divorce attorney in the state.

I'm writing this review in regards to Rand Lunceford.  Rand is really easy going and it's really been an all around joyful experience working with him.  Giving the circumstances of course.  He's easy to work with and he's always got the best interest to work around any situation and make the best outcome possible.  I would recommend him to anyone that has to tackle lawful matters and is in need of some assistance.  Rand and Liz have always been efficient with my case and handled everything in a professional manner.  Also, the communication was always up to par.  Never had an issue discussing certain points about my case and I am extremely grateful I was able to work with them.

I do not handle family law matters so I referred a client of mine to Kris' law firm on an urgent custody matter where the father had taken a child without permission to another state. Chris and Lucia, the team who helped us, understood the urgency and quickly drafted the necessary documents and obtained an emergency order requiring Idaho authorities to return the child to her mother back in Utah. All along the way my client was kept informed about what was happening, the odds of success, and the long term game plan. Fees were reasonable, well earned, and explained clearly up front.
