Emily Swenson works so hard for me, she is an excellent attorney. I had a attorney before Emily and she wouldn't fight hard for what means the world to me, she was giving up. Then I met Emily I told her what I need to have happen and she hasn't stop fighting for me and my world. Emily has a great staff also, all of them together have got me through some of the hardest times through my divorce. Emily goes into court and fights for me. I know that Emily is a Trustworthy person, she has never let me down, Her paralegal is awesome I will call or email her and she will respond or talk to me and work through any question I have so fast. Emily and her team informs me of anything that is about to go down or going to happen through this process. I 100% made the right decision to come to Emily Swenson's office for her service, And I would 100% recommend anyone to her as well. She do everything in her power to take care of your needs. She is awesome!

She was very personable and caring of my sons situation even though he had made some bad choices. When I would call and she was in court or an appointment, she would get back with me the same day and answer my questions putting my mind at ease. I was very thankful she was willing to let me make payments on my sons case. My son and I both recommend her to anyone we know when they find themselves in trouble too.

She was so bad. She was late to every single appointment, even court appointments. She really just wanted to take my money and tried to get me to do things that were not in my best interest so I would just keep paying her. I finally wised up and realized that she was just wanting me to fight with my ex husband so she could make more money. She also never got back to me on phone calls and quesitons.

I had a federal drug case and was looking to serve 15 years of fed time and had 2 different attorneys before her. I waited 1 year in jail and was waiting for my attorneys to free me but even after waiting this long he said there was nothing he could do for me. I hired Emily and she filed something and got the warrant to search my house and car thrown out. The case against me was dismissed. I wish I would have hired her in the very beginning.

Emily was great at defending me. The state had little evidence and she made sure they knew where they stood. I would diffanatly use her again. She kept me from going to jail and would not just plee bargin. Emily was not afraid of taking my case to a trial.
