Excellent law firm!

Matt is awesome. He's patient, knowledgeable, and gave us step by step instructions on our next moves. He spelt out every option available to us, both in the moment and down the road. I appreciate no frills and flowers, being a straightforward person. Matt seems to be the same way and we appreciated the transparency especially since he knew that if things worked out seamlessly he wasn't going to make a single penny. Yet, we still received this great service. Definitely recommend.

Here's how it goes got into trouble hired a lawyer paid him $4500 and things were going nowhere. Called Emily Swenson and things got done. Her and her assistant Alicia were the best.

So this swift guy takes on my girlfriend's case. It's regarding my girlfriend's son's father. He refused to pay for the half of daycare required by initial and final court papers. So, initially the lawfirm sent my girlfriend the papers to be served and in those papers it was stated that the son's father would be responsible for the court fees (due to the father not holding up to the court's requirement). At the court date, none of this was mentioned. The lawyer here never even attempted to do it. Let alone mention it. My girlfriend ended up having to eat the lawyer fees. Not just that, but weeks later got bills due to excess fees for emails and phone calls. $500 on top of the almost $800 for the work. Keep in mind that the court immediately awarded her the past due fees he wasn't paying. She won the court case yet wonders why this "attorney" never even attempted to get her money back from a guy who wasn't following court orders.
