I was very anxious on hiring another attorney with my custody case from a attorney I retained in Logan in 2020 that was not even on my side, and stole money that was owed to me. I happen to wonder if Kim was still around because I have seen him work in action from a case 8 years ago with a girlfriend I was living with at the time going through the exact same thing and was very impressed, when I found out he had his firm still in Ogden I rushed to him with my concerns and has been very great just as I thought he would be, Find out after that not only he is a great attorney but is very extremely fair working with ya questions, concerns, payments etc, I would highly suggest if you need a attorney for any reason not just a custody case to give him a visit and you will be very happy you did,

If you are in need of a Guardian ad Lytham, i do recomend Bryce Froerer here at Froerer and Miles. Tho only the second Guardian ad Lytham i have ever needed, he seems to have a great amount of experiencein this field and genuinely care about what is best for the child. He is very good at communication, he responds to emails in a timely manner and is available at appointments on time. Definitely give him a shot if your child is in need of a Guardian ad Lytham, im sure you'll see what i mean.

Atty Matthew Miles, Excellent Attorney!

DO NOT USE if you are a male!! Bryce Froerer specifically!! I have two boys from different mothers five months apart both mothers are drug attic’s I hired Bryce to get custody of my kids. He submitted paperwork to the court that it was dire that we get in the court because of the drug use of the mother however he never filed any paperwork to get in front of the court. Which appears after that he was trying to drag this out costing a fortune. Once we did get into court the judge scolded him if it was so important how come you didn’t fill out the form to be seen sooner. It seemed every time we went to court he kept giving her chances she turned in dirty ways was in a treatment program and instead of just getting it over she offered to give her a chance!?? He offered me a deal on the second kid but never did. The second mother missed the first court date came into the second one and signed over to give up the kid. He never wrote up the paperwork as he did on the first kid giving the mother rights she didn’t deserve. Iwanted it changef he told me it be OK because it’s just a given and didn’t need to be written in. well it’s not a given and it’s not written in the paperwork so it didn’t count and not a given!! eight years later as I’m getting into problems it’s big problems ..do not get involved with Bryce Froerer. If I felt that it hadn’t been too long since I hired him I would go to the bar and make a complaint and I’m still thinking about it to this day
