Danielle is an amazing attorney. She helped us navigate our child custody modification. She kept us informed of our rights as parents as well as keeping us up to date on where our case was. Danielle is very professional and gave us confidence in what we were asking in the modification. Whenever we had a question Danielle was prompt to answer. I do not handle family law matters so I referred a client of mine to Kris' law firm on an urgent custody matter where the father had taken a child without permission to another state. Chris and Lucia, the team who helped us, understood the urgency and quickly drafted the necessary documents and obtained an emergency order requiring Idaho authorities to return the child to her mother back in Utah. All along the way my client was kept informed about what was happening, the odds of success, and the long term game plan. Fees were reasonable, well earned, and explained clearly up front. This is a law firm populated with people who know what they are doing and do it well. Hire them.

Ally Jamerson at Greenwood & Associates is the best of the best when it comes to attorneys, anywhere. I've had the good fortune of living and working internationally including, Asia, Europe, and Latin America. I've seen a lot over the years and have painfully high expectations when it comes to professionalism. That's compounded by the fact that I grew up around attorneys and most of my best friends (out of state) are attorneys as well. I have impossibly high standards. Ally Jamerson has routinely exceeded every last expectation when it comes to professionalism, expertise, experience, tenacity, empathy, respect, and a rock solid work-ethic. Salt Lake City should consider itself lucky to have an attorney of her caliber. Ally is a legal force of nature specializing in family law, civil litigation, and criminal cases. WHY is Ally so good at what she does? 1) Ally listens: I've spent plenty of time around attorney's who treat people like a checklist. They refuse to let you talk. They interrupt. They don't listen because they think they are better than you and want cookie-cutter cases without having to do any of the heavy lifting. Intelligence, in the legal world, does not compensate for laziness. Attorney's that don't listen to prospective clients miss key details and lack the work-ethic to get cases across the finish line. Ally takes time to LISTEN and that makes a world of difference. As a result, she is detail oriented (details make all the difference in legal cases), thorough, and she never delivers sloppy or rushed work. 2) Legal expertise: Ally has a diverse legal background. My case was complex, spanning the course of a year, and multiple issues. Attorney's who ONLY practice one type of litigation didn't really know what to do with my case because they were so confined to cookie-cutter cases that fit very pre-defined criteria aka lazy cases. Ally has a plethora of experience in family, civil and criminal law. She was able to LISTEN to the complex details of my case and leverage her arsenal of legal experience to tackle my challenges head on. 3) Intelligence: Not only does Ally embody the empathy, kindness, and compassion necessary to be a competent and caring attorney; but she is fiercely intelligent. I work in tech, my friends are all attorneys, and my family works in healthcare. I have impossible expectations when it comes to competence, details, and thorough work. Ally is painfully strategic, aggressive, tenacious, and competent in the work she produces. She takes the time to understand the chess board and then finds the most efficient route to check-mate the opposition. Conclusion: If you haven't ALREADY called Ally for your legal matters, you might not be serious about winning your case.
