Kris was amazing. So helpful. From the day I spoke with him during the consultation, I felt so much better knowing that someone who was competent and knew "the system" was there to advise me. Kris was able to frame the severity of the charges, the possible outcomes, the lingering affects of taking a plea, and the accurately represented the mindset and deliberations of the prosecutor. This lead to a course of action that compelled the prosecutor to drop the charges. Very thankful that Kris was on the job! And a piece of advice...if you're ever charged for catching the the wrong fish, get color photos on the spot!

We worked with Rand Lunceford for 2 years on a very difficult case involving our son. We won the trial, thanks to Rand's hard work and experience, and we then moved on to terminating visitation with the other party. We spent the next year in and out of court again. Rand Lunceford was my attorney in a difficult custody case. I had criminal charges and my children were withheld from me for an extensive time.
