Took the time to call me and give me my options

We have paid them $5000 and have been handed through three extremely unprofessional paralegals. The first one left in the middle of our processing (although she seemed to care for our case). The second one kept losing our documents. I drove back and forth between their office and my home over a dozen times bringing documents in again and again. After 19 months of this the paralegal asked my wife to come in for an interview (the guy didn't even know that I've been waiting 19 months just to get my wife over here. If they had been doing their job they would have known that she wasnt here yet. I really feel like they haven't taken their job seriously but have still charged so much). The first paralegal said she really believed my wife would be here for Christmas. I know they cant follow through with all their promises but I really feel like they haven't even been trying. This means the world to me but it seems like a joke to them. The third paralegal is new. I'm hoping she shows some real consideration. This process has been a very expensive nightmare and I just want my wife to be here with me!!

Chris is definitely a very professional man. If he know there’s a problem he’s very quick to follow up and fix it. I really appreciate the service he has provided us in the last week. I know that he’ll always try to do anything in his power to help his clients to the best of his possibilities.
