It was actually a really great experience with Mr. Keen and the rest that helped and continue to help on my case. Recently i just had a few problems with accounting. I recieved an email stating i was done with my payments around July with a balance if 0. Idk why i got that. I should have contacted someone at Keen Law or someone should have contacted me to verify. But i was obviously happy. Then 2 months later i get a call that i been missing payments because i stopped the payment process. Which i didn't.. But i do owe what i owe. Plus i believe its worth it and the people at Keen Law offices really do their best. The guy with accounting though was also a little confused with the emails i got and still get after we resolved the issue..maybe it was just something with the system. Other than that everything else has been great.

His staff are all very friendly and involved in making everything easier for us. Our meetings with Chris were very informative. He gave us an honest estimated timeline for how our case would play out which made us less anxious about the waiting periods during our case. He took time out of his busy schedule to meet with us to answer our questions and alleviate concerns we had with our immigration interview. We were always informed and in the loop with what was happening. We were very pleased with Keen Law and grateful for all that Chris and his staff did for us and our case. Thank you so very much!!!
