Ron is such a stud!!! Genius, miracle worker!!! If you are looking for the best attorney in the world, then look no further. He did wonders for our custody case when we thought we had little to no chance. He gave us the confidence that we needed to move forward and truly worked a miracle for us. I highly recommend!

I could not have made it through the past six years of my ex-husband taking me to court without the caring support and professional staff at Heritage Law, in particular Ron Wilkinson and Nathan Shill. You will simply not find a better Family law attorney in Utah County.

Face it, no one “wins” in divorce; however my experience with Heritage Law (specifically Ron Wilkinson and Marianne Card) is as close as it will come. Their expertise introduced solutions for the long term emotional, financial and physical security of the children and I that I never would have thought of. I “lost” by the things I had on my agenda; however I was too emotionally raw and inexperienced to see the bigger picture. Yes, there are times that they may seem unavailable; it is because they are pouring all their energy into someone’s case that is timelier. I found that when my time in mediation/court came I had that same focus from them. I quickly learned to take a deep breath and trust in the process. Words of advice, gather all your documentation, communicate with your ex through email and text, document every interaction, be clear and concise with “just the facts” and send that to Heritage Law at least once a month. You clearly communicating with them will go a long way in how much they can help you. My case was responding to a petition my ex filed to modify our divorce agreement. I wish I had Ms. Card and Mr. Wilkinson by my side during the original divorce, not only would my ex not have been able to do that (Mr. Wilkinson and Ms. Card added to the modification that all future disagreements must go through mediation before anything can be filed against the other party), I believe I would have had a much healthier arrangement then what I agreed to in the original divorce. Though my ex filed the petition to modify, I came out of it with the modified divorce agreement being a better solution for ME. Ron Wilkinson and Marianne Card are worth every penny and I couldn’t recommend them more!

Heritage Law was and awesome experience for me as I was going thru a divorce. I was referred to them as I was the best outcome of a 12 year long custody battle that Ron was finally able to win and keep a family happy and successful. He also has those same great skills in divorce case as he was able to win my case with more than I ever dreamed of getting in mediation without going to trial. His knowledge and skills are the very finest and well tuned in all areas as u can see about reading in his education. Hes a man of honor who respects the law and knows the law well. He will fight for you for what is right. I won a very large sum of alimony. I actually won everything I was asking for and very happy with my outcome. I wanted to use Ron after watching him with my grand daughters case the year before..he was so honest, had great leadership skills, passion, relationships skills, and the wonderful understanding of the law that I had never seen in a lawyer before. I was convinced he was the best honorable lawyer with the most all around skills and knew the laws the best and would win my case. Their staff is outstanding also. Emily was awesome with helping me get my paperwork together and staying on top of everything when things were due..so very organized. Jessamae was also very good in helping she spend alot of extra time behind the scenes and got things moving.. Their office is very friendly, organized and a happy place. I had written a great review for Heritage Law, but have been experiencing significant lack of communication over the last year or so. Am going to hold this review back for now pending a response and plan moving forward. Bummer… Heritage Law did fantastic work in my daughter’s behalf. Ron Wilkinson’s negotiation skills and ability to fight in our behalf were second to none! I had complete confidence in him from day one, and that confidence turned out to be verified in the end. We came to understand that his knowledge of the law and experience are well respected in this legal community and by the court system. I will recommend Heritage and especially Ron to everyone I know. If you need/want an attorney that will fight for you, and your family - he’s the man! Thank you so very much Heritage Law.

I read a few of these bad reviews. They absolutely saddened me. I’ve worked with a lot of lawyers and each time I use Ron and Nate it is an absolute delight. I brag about Ron to anyone I talk to about my family case. I felt like he was fighting as if it were him, not a job. It felt amazing when I was afraid and alone in my custody case. I’ve used them on two additional occasions. Each time was an absolute home run. I literally get upset if anyone close to me uses anyone but Ron and Nate. Thanks guys, can’t say that enough.

Nathan and Ron are AMAZING! This team is insanely professional, work hard and will go above and beyond the call to work your case. I still find myself in awe with what they will do to rightfully and ethically work your case. Nate is a genius at his legal write ups and Ron knows how to litigate with compassion and empathy without the chest thumping and loud rants you so often see with weaker attorneys. Just last night he called me to inform me what was happening in my case at 9pm. They actually work that late for you. Couldn’t recommend them enough.
