Ron Wilkinson and his team are the best!

Very bad experience with this attorney.

UPDATE: I believed we were struggling with these attorneys for a long time, but over the years I’ve grown to see that our case has been abnormally difficult. While this process has been especially slow, I don’t believe that has been because of our attorneys here. What I do know is that Ron and Nate have really understood our case as it has developed, and they’ve done everything in their power to help us. I feel bad that I left such a negative review before and am upping their stars. Our case has been extremely difficult and I do think they’re doing their best. Terrible attorneys. They will drain your retainer fees and do absolutely nothing with it besides “research.” Sorry, but I’m pretty sure a custody case should at least be FILED within a year of hiring an attorney. I’m honestly not sure how what they do is ethical in any way. I’d give no stars if that were an option.

I have been in a custody battle for 16 years and have had many ups and downs with lawyers. Most of the time my case was in St George and it was moved up here to the 4th district 2 years ago. The court id very different up here than the 5th district and we had a hard time dealing with the system. I finally decided to find a local lawyer. I talked to many lawyers about my case and they all did not seam right, they would all refer me to Ron Wilkinson. I have had lawyers and have dealt with court and mediation for 16 years. I have never had such a person that would fight for me and at the same time he was brutally honest with me. He knew everyone involved and knew exactly how to relate to them. He was able to solve my issues in just one month that I had been dealing with for years. I would highly recommend him to anyone. He understands psychology and how people think (that was key to my case). To watch him in mediation, he is firm and know exactly what to say and when. I could not be happier.

Ron does not want to settle. He will string you out to dry. He is in business to make money. The longer he can keep you mad and angry the more money he makes.... watch out...

Extremely slow response times

Words cannot express how we feel about Ron Wilkinson and Nathan Shill. Sometimes there is a stigma that comes with attorneys. Perhaps brash, cutthroat, uncaring, or greedy. We never felt more safe, cared for, listened to, befriended, and even nurtured than we did, working with these two men. They were true advocates for us and our case and fought to the very end to do right by our family. We have nothing but total admiration, trust, and gratitude for them and the entire Heritage Law team. A few years ago I found myself in the middle of a horrible custody dispute after the relationship I had with the father of my children unraveled. It was a unique situation in that we’d been married earlier, got legally divorced and stayed together in a committed relationship, all without ANYONE’S knowledge. Before I met Ron I felt completely helpless in a hopeless situation. Luckily, I did meet with Ron and he told me everything we had in our side, and what was possible. During the time Ron represented me, I quickly learned that he is the BEST and most knowledgeable attorney in Utah. Absolutely incredible!
