I was driving with my basset hound and someone hit our car. I took my hound to the vet and thankfully he was fine but I was hurt and had to go to the doctor for a couple of months. Kara, Rachel, and Michael did a great job with our case and got us the best possible outcome. And Michael loves basset hounds! They got us a higher amount from the insurance company than we expected and they were great to work with.

🌟⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ I was in a car accident a little over a year ago, but I was able to work with Rachel Waters and Kara North to get my claim handled with a fair outcome. I have worked for insurance companies and I have family who has worked in insurance, so I thought I was equipped to go up against Geico to handle my claim. It was a really cut and dry case. Their insured made a left turn in front of me and I had the whole thing on dashcam. I thought this would be easy for me to negotiate. I immediately filed my claim with Geico the day of the accident and for the first couple weeks after the accident, I called Geico every few days to try and get the claim progressing. But every time I called, I spoke to a new claims adjuster who had no idea what was going on with my claim. They'd put me on hold while they reviewed the details, then they'd tell me that they couldn't tell me anything until they got a statement from their insured, which they didn't seem to be trying to do. When they did finally discuss the case with me, I discovered that they had the most crucial details of the accident wrong: wrong drivers and wrong cars, in spite of me providing all that info when I filed the claim, and me giving the claim number they gave me at the time I filed. When I pointed that out to them, they had me resubmit all the info again online and told me they'd get back to me in a few days. A few days went by, no call. So I called back and found out they hadn't updated anything. They still had all the wrong information. I submitted the info to them again and they promised a call back. Two days later, they called me back but they still had all the wrong information. It went like that for a few more days. I was so frustrated! It felt deliberate, like they were messing with me. That's when I reached out to Rachel Waters at Moxie Law Group and she said she'd be happy to help me with my case. She told me that many bigger companies will give people the run around so that they will settle right away, just to be done with the hassle. I could see how that would be an effective strategy. I had just told my husband that, not even a month in, I was ready to be done! Rachel stepped in and took away my burden of dealing with Geico. I could just focus on healing and trying to get my life back in order. I have long term/life long injuries as a result of the accident, and Kara and Rachel fought to make sure I was compensated for the impact those injuries continue to have on my life, as well as holding the at-fault party to account for the treatments I received to restore me, as much as it was possible.
